Shipping policy
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days of confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends, Japanese public holidays, or over the New Year period. Orders placed during these times are processed from the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
After you receive your dispatch email, please allow approximately:
- Within Japan: 1–3 days
- Outside Japan: 2–7 days, depending on the destination
These are indicative guidelines only. Delivery may be delayed by payment authorisation, stock availability, or customs clearance.
